Located in Via Cavour, in the city’s historic centre, this apartment is located in the heart of Renaissance Florence and close to all the main attractions. The property is the ideal base from which to explore the city.
This spacious, 120m2 apartment is situated on the first floor of a traditional, 14th century Florentine building (without a lift). The apartment is capable of accommodating 6 people and features two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a double sofa-bed in the living room. The parquet flooring gives the apartment a warm and comfortable feel whilst maintaining an entirely Florentine style.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped to allow you to prepare your favourite meals even whilst on holiday, or even initiate you in the renowned Tuscan cuisine, one of the city’s principal attractions.
The living room contains a lovely glass table with wrought iron chairs. Two bathrooms provide plenty of comfort and privacy for all guests. One features a shower whilst the other has a bath where you can relax before or after a busy day of sightseeing.
The nearest bus stop to the apartment is Cavour (line C1).

The apartment is great. Very good location. V. excelled at introducing us to the apartment and giving us a brief overview of where to go and what to do. Plenty of hot water; no cold showers. Internet was via a USB stick which was very slow and of limited use for mobile phones/tablets. Lighting is ...typical Italy. Very dim. The kitchen was in need of some work. The range hood kept falling off, there were no spoons, no wine glasses, no plugs for any of the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very limited bench space. The rest of the apartment was spacious and comfortable.
