      • Our main problem was with contacting P. On your email you sent us about contacting him four days before which was a bit misleading. Both my husband and I left messages as per the instructions on the email conformation. We were then contacted twice via email saying that we had not confirmed our arrival time. But we had followed the instruction we had been given and this seems to of been wrong. So maybe clearer instructions as who to contact and the correct number or email would be better.
        A simple instruction to contact the owner OR the main office number needs clarifying in the documentation.
