      • We tried to extend our stay and the process was so complex that it took quite a few days and you ended up letting another customer rent the place for those dates. We were quite disapointed...

        We confirm that we had taken all necessary measures to process your extension of dates when you asked for it. The difference has to be paid in order to block those dates, before this is done we cannot hold the apartment. So, in the case this payment is delayed, we cannot guarantee the availability.
