      • The only issue is your website and your unfair policy to refund the last night of the stay, knowing i decided to check out earlier as soon as i arrived in Barcelona (had to flly abroad), this was unfair and unappropriate, but it has nothing to do with l, the problem came from you!

      • We booked pretty much at the last moment. The email response was very prompt and informative. The price for the apartment was good, and took into account the length of stay and the part of the season. We were met at the apartment and given the tour, plus plenty of information about the city and the neighbourhood.

      • everything was great, except that I was told that I had to pay balance on arrival but received an e-mail from the owners telling me I had to pay full amount before they would tell me how to get the keys. but not a problem in the end

      • Oh was responsive to my concerns that I hadn't heard from our apartment owner and offered solutions in the event the owner was not able to accommodate a request. Ultimately, the owner was extremely accommodating, but we also appreciate oh's willingness to engage
